What Youll Do
- Greet patients, manage check-ins/outs, and deliver an outstanding front-desk experience.
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments using JaneApp (experience preferred).
- Handle multi-line phones and inboxes; respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Process payments, issue receipts, manage direct billing/ICBC/extended benefits where applicable.
- Maintain accurate patient records, intake forms, referrals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., physio, chiro, RMT,).
- Support day-to-day clinic operations (room turnovers, inventory, tidy reception, opening/closing).
- Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic policies and privacy regulations.
What You Bring
- Previous MOA/medical reception experience (multidisciplinary clinic experience is an asset).
- JaneApp proficiency (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly).
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through; you stay calm under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with accurate data entry and comfort with POS/benefits billing.
- A team-first mindset and a reputation for reliability and initiative.
- Availability for the posted hours, including rotating Saturdays.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with ICBC/MSP/extended health direct billing.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and clinic workflows.
- Second language (common local languages are an asset).
Hours & Compensation
- Clinic hours: Mon-Fri 10:00-7:00; Sat 10:00-4:00.
- Compensation: $20-25/hr (commensurate with experience)
