Job Description:
Senior Project Estimator / Industrial Project Manager (Electrical Focus)
We are recruiting for a senior-level construction professional to join a growing contractor specializing in large-scale industrial and commercial projects. This is a high-impact role for an experienced leader with strong electrical expertise and a proven record of managing major projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets.

Manage and oversee industrial projects ranging from $5M$50M in value.
- Lead the bidding process, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and maintain competitiveness in pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients on scope, schedules, budgets, and change orders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (utilities, mining, industrial plants) and actively contribute to new business development.
- Provide constructability reviews and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor multi-trade subcontractors and direct-hire crews on complex projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 10-15+ years of experience in project estimating and/or industrial project management.
- Strong background in electrical systems within heavy industrial environments.
- Proven track record successfully managing large-scale projects ($5M$50M).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar designation considered an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000+ annually, plus bonus and overtime opportunities.
