Job Description:
Are you a licensed Real Estate professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity to support a busy and collaborative team? We are seeking a Real Estate Assistant to join our team in Surrey, BC and help support day-to-day operations across a wide range of real estate activities. This is a rewarding role that includes a base wage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with listing preparation, scheduling, and document management
- Support client communications and coordinate showings
- Help manage CRM, paperwork, and compliance requirements
- Provide general administrative support to our team of agents
- Attend appointments as needed (vehicle required)
What Were Looking For:
- Valid Real Estate License (Required)
- Valid Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle (Required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with technology, apps, and online tools
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Punjabi language skills are an asset but not required
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
