We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale industrial and commercial projects across the Lower Mainland and beyond. This is a leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, strong union labor management, and a proven ability to deliver complex scopes safely, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical field operations for major industrial and commercial projects.
• Build, mentor, and manage union crews of 20-50+ (IBEW experience preferred).

• Drive productivity and ensure strict adherence to safety standards.

• Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and materials to maintain project efficiency.

• Work closely with project management teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience as a Superintendent or equivalent in industrial and commercial construction.
• Strong track record leading unionized crews and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Skilled in scheduling, manpower planning, and troubleshooting in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering large, complex electrical scopes from start to finish.

• Hands-on leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
