We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join a growing team in Port Coquitlam. This position plays a key role in managing incoming and outgoing materials, keeping the warehouse organized, and supporting project teams with accurate and timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist internal teams and field crews with material pickups.

• Prepare and process outbound shipments; coordinate deliveries to job sites.
• Receive and verify incoming materials; accurately record and store inventory.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Track inventory and provide shipment updates to supervisors or project leads.

• Handle purchase orders and related documentation.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license (trailer driving experience is an asset).

• Previous shipper/receiver or warehouse experience; experience in construction supply, plumbing supply, or a related industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management software (experience with Jonas is an asset) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Forklift certification and/or experience an asset.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $26-$28/hour (based on experience).

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m.

Candidates with 3-5 years of relevant mechanical or plumbing supply experience may be considered for the higher end of the pay range.
