Commercial Electrical Estimator / Project Manager

We are seeking a senior-level Estimator / Project Manager to join a well-established contractor specializing in institutional and commercial electrical projects. This role is ideal for a professional who combines deep technical expertise in estimating with strong leadership in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical estimates from pre-construction through to project handoff.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from $1M-$15M.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with general contractors, developers, and project partners.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and change orders while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to business development through an existing network of client connections.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in estimating and project management within institutional and commercial electrical construction.

• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget.

• Strong client network; ability to bring or develop a book of business is highly valued.
• Proficiency with estimating tools (Accubid, NetSuite, or similar) is an asset.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
