Mall Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mall Operations Manager to join our team in Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt. As the Mall Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management for our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet the needs of our tenants and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement facility management strategies and plans to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our properties.

- Oversee the daily operations of all facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

- Manage and supervise a team of facility management staff, including maintenance technicians, cleaners, and security personnel.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.

- Monitor and control facility budgets, expenses, and costs.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.

- Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management.

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on facility management activities and performance.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize facility management processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Proven experience in managing and leading a team.

- Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and procedures.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient in using facility management software and tools.

- Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to facility management.

- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Contract Details:
