Position: Mall Operations Supervisor

Location: Shiekh Zayed City, Egypt

Contract Details: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily mall operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and functionality across all common areas.

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the mall, including common areas and restrooms

- Implement and enforce mall policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of customers and employees

- Respond to and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct regular inspections of the mall to identify any maintenance or safety concerns and take appropriate action to address them

- Coordinate with tenants to ensure their compliance with mall regulations and to address any concerns or issues they may have

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve mall operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mall or retail operations management

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
