Sales Executive – Golf Membership & Luxury Sales

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences. Candidates with backgrounds in golf, luxury products, real estate, or high-end services are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for Golf Membership Cards and related services
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base through networking and relationship management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and provide tailored solutions to prospective customers
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Prepare and update sales reports, customer records, and sales activity tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies and business growth initiatives
  • Drive both individual and team performance to meet company objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Golf Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
  • Experience within the golf industry or golf-related business is preferred
  • Background in luxury or premium product sales is highly advantageous, including:
    • Golf equipment
    • Luxury real estate or condominiums
    • Luxury automotive
    • Branded luxury products
    • IT solutions
    • Construction and engineering services
    • Logistics
    • Medical sales
    • Sales engineering
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Well-connected within the golf industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems efficiently
