About the job HRM manager (entry level)
Job Summary
As a Manager – Human Resource Management, your key tasks are as below:
- Understand business objectives and partner with business leaders to align HR strategies and initiatives with organizational goals.
- Manage talent acquisition, manpower planning, succession planning, and employer branding activities.
- Drive and collaborate on performance management processes, employee development and performance evaluation within the timeline.
- Manage compensation and benefits activities, including salary benchmarking and annual salary reviews.
- Consolidate and analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Lead and collaborate with HR partners to design, implement, and continuously improve HR systems and processes, including employee information management, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Manage and deliver assigned Human Capital projects as required.
Qualification & Experience
Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management (HRM), HRBP, Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, salary benchmarking, and compensation workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR data analysis.
- Good understanding of local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work in Bangna, Bangkok.
