Job Summary

As a Manager – Human Resource Management, your key tasks are as below:

  • Understand business objectives and partner with business leaders to align HR strategies and initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Manage talent acquisition, manpower planning, succession planning, and employer branding activities.
  • Drive and collaborate on performance management processes, employee development and performance evaluation within the timeline.
  • Manage compensation and benefits activities, including salary benchmarking and annual salary reviews.
  • Consolidate and analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
  • Lead and collaborate with HR partners to design, implement, and continuously improve HR systems and processes, including employee information management, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Manage and deliver assigned Human Capital projects as required.

Qualification & Experience

Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management (HRM), HRBP, Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, salary benchmarking, and compensation workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR data analysis.
  • Good understanding of local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work in Bangna, Bangkok.
