Senior AP

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue sales tax invoices based on customer POs and payment information in compliance with Thai tax regulations.
• Review employee reimbursement claims and OA submissions to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
• Record customer payments and perform payment reconciliation in SAP to support the sales and delivery process.
• Maintain sales and purchase pricing information in SAP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Chinese, or related field preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP.
• Chinese proficiency is required for daily communication.
