About the job Marketing Manager - Siang Pure (2026)
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor movements to identify opportunities and drive strategic actions.
- Lead and develop 360° integrated communication strategies (online & offline) with a strong focus on consumer engagement and trial generation, ensuring seamless execution with cross-functional teams (both internal and external).
- Drive creative campaign development with impactful storytelling to build emotional connection with consumers.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance for any action needed to drive the best result.
- Manage product portfolio and drive new product launches (NPD) to support business growth.
- To execute assigned tasks and projects with high quality, within timeline, and in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and monitor P&L of responsible segment with effective A&P spending to achieve financial target (Top-line & Bottom-line)
Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or related field, MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of proven brand management experience in FMCG or healthcare/OTC.
- Strong consumer insight and analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Strong creativity in developing impactful campaigns and consumer experiences with commercial mindset.
- Digital marketing expertise, especially in content-driven and social media platforms (e.g., TikTok) is an advantage.
- Highly organized and able to perform well under pressure with strong multitasking ability
- Flexible, agile, and able to adapt quickly to dynamic market changes
- Self-motivated, resilient, and energetic with strong enthusiasm
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
