  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor movements to identify opportunities and drive strategic actions.
  • Lead and develop 360° integrated communication strategies (online & offline) with a strong focus on consumer engagement and trial generation, ensuring seamless execution with cross-functional teams (both internal and external).
  • Drive creative campaign development with impactful storytelling to build emotional connection with consumers.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance for any action needed to drive the best result.
  • Manage product portfolio and drive new product launches (NPD) to support business growth.
  • To execute assigned tasks and projects with high quality, within timeline, and in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and monitor P&L of responsible segment with effective A&P spending to achieve financial target (Top-line & Bottom-line)

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or related field, MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of proven brand management experience in FMCG or healthcare/OTC.
  • Strong consumer insight and analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong creativity in developing impactful campaigns and consumer experiences with commercial mindset.
  • Digital marketing expertise, especially in content-driven and social media platforms (e.g., TikTok) is an advantage.
  • Highly organized and able to perform well under pressure with strong multitasking ability
  • Flexible, agile, and able to adapt quickly to dynamic market changes
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and energetic with strong enthusiasm
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
