Job Description – HSEQR Specialists 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the companys Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Regulatory (HSEQR) framework in Thailand, ensuring alignment with global policies and full compliance with local and international regulations.

• Manage the registration of chemical products with relevant government authorities including DIW, FDA, DOF, DOA, and Customs, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

• Ensure proper HS Code classification and regulatory compliance for imported chemical products to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

• Work closely with sales and business development teams to assess market opportunities and identify regulatory requirements for new products and markets.

• Oversee third-party warehouse operations, ensuring safe storage, handling, and transportation of chemicals in accordance with regulatory and safety standards.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs to maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS), supporting the achievement and maintenance of ISO 9001, 14001 certification.

• Conduct supplier and vendor audits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and implement corrective actions when required.

• Design and deliver training programs on safety procedures, chemical handling, and regulatory compliance for employees and external partners.

• Manage customer audits, complaints, and regulatory questionnaires, ensuring accurate responses and timely resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction and compliance standards.
