We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and drive online business performance within the food chain industry, with primary responsibility for the supplement category. The role focuses on maximizing growth, profitability, and market share in supplements while ensuring overall e-commerce P&L ownership. The candidate will design and execute targeted campaigns and marketing strategies to boost visibility, traffic, and conversion for supplement products. In addition, this role will build and manage strategic partnerships with external brands to strengthen supplement positioning and expand reach. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, highly analytical, and passionate about scaling supplement business performance in a competitive digital marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive full P&L responsibility for the e-commerce business, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable business performance.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end e-commerce strategy to maximize sales performance and optimize overall online business operations.
  • Plan and lead promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives, specifically focusing on the supplement category to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with external brands to enhance brand visibility and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and product to ensure seamless execution of online business activities.
  • Continuously optimize digital channels, pricing strategy, and campaign performance to maximize ROI and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in E-Commerce, Marketing Communication, Branding, Creative, Content, or PR in supplement product
  • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Video and Creative Design Tools
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in food retails, restaurant, supplements, health, or FMCG is a plus
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai
  • Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable with creativity and willing to assist with various marketing responsibilities as the team evolves.
