Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Marketing Manager (China) in conducting market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer research to develop and execute marketing strategies for both e-commerce and offline channels.
  2. Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with distributors, media agencies, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and alignment with company objectives.
  3. Source, evaluate, and recommend suitable agencies, partners, and suppliers for marketing campaigns through pitching and quotation processes while ensuring cost effectiveness and campaign quality.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to organize trade missions, business matching activities, exhibitions, and marketing events representing the company in the China market.
  5. Work closely with the graphic design and creative teams to develop and adapt marketing communication materials suitable for target audiences and market requirements.
  6. Assist in executing brand-building initiatives, marketing communications, promotional campaigns, and other assigned marketing activities.
  7. Conduct market trend analysis, competitor monitoring, and consumer insights research to support product development and new business opportunities.
  8. Prepare marketing reports, campaign performance summaries, and presentations for management review.
