Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager (China) in conducting market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer research to develop and execute marketing strategies for both e-commerce and offline channels.
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with distributors, media agencies, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and alignment with company objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and recommend suitable agencies, partners, and suppliers for marketing campaigns through pitching and quotation processes while ensuring cost effectiveness and campaign quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to organize trade missions, business matching activities, exhibitions, and marketing events representing the company in the China market.
- Work closely with the graphic design and creative teams to develop and adapt marketing communication materials suitable for target audiences and market requirements.
- Assist in executing brand-building initiatives, marketing communications, promotional campaigns, and other assigned marketing activities.
- Conduct market trend analysis, competitor monitoring, and consumer insights research to support product development and new business opportunities.
- Prepare marketing reports, campaign performance summaries, and presentations for management review.
