MANAGING DIRECTOR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead country growth by developing and executing strategies to expand market share and profitability in company business and Automation solutions.
  • Provide visionary leadership to international teams, fostering a high-performance culture to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure consistent sales performance, manage budgets, and maintain fiscal discipline.
  • Oversee P&L management and business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for long-term success.
  • Implement company systems like Visual Management and Problem-Solving Processes to drive performance improvements.
  • Inspire teams through clear communication of the companys vision, motivating them to achieve success.
  • Optimize monthly sales reports, analyzing key metrics and ensuring progress toward business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field: MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive leadership experience in the Automation solutions industry with a strong technical background.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities.
