Our client looking for a highly skilled Risk Analytics Manager/Lead to drive the development and management of risk strategies and frameworks for a Digital Financial Services Provider. This role is critical in aligning risk management practices with the company's objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements while utilizing data-driven insights to optimize portfolio performance, mitigate risks, and

support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement robust portfolio risk monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and reporting standards specific to financial lending products.
  • Monitor credit risk metrics across the lending portfolio, proactively identifying potential risks and designing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving portfolio quality.
  • Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of credit risk models, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Collections, Product, and Data Science to create and refine cohesive risk management strategies and initiatives.
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze risk data to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in credit risk management within financial lending, focusing on personal loans, SME loans, or other related lending products.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with expertise in statistical analysis, credit risk modeling, and portfolio management.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel are required. In addition, mastery in other database management software will be highly appreciated.
  • Strong analytical skills as proven from previous projects.
  • Proven ability to adapt and innovate in response to rapidly changing business environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset, thriving in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
  • Fluency in English is a must
