Product Consultant (Luxury)

Responsibilities

• Master and deliver in-depth product knowledge to empower the sales team.

• Ensure showroom displays are always complete, fresh, and visually appealing.

• Liaise with international suppliers to manage and update product listings.

• Plan and oversee logistics for stock importation and delivery scheduling.

• Support project-based sales processes across multiple teams.

• Collaborate closely with marketing to boost product visibility and sales performance.

• Manage quotations, purchase orders, and supplier communication with precision.

Key Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.

• 3+ years in a quota-carrying role sales, product consulting, or client servicing.

• Familiarity with documentation in the furniture or interior design business (local and international).

• Exposure to or passion for the luxury furniture or design-driven industries.

• Agile, challenge-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.

• Strong communicator both in writing and speaking with a customer-centric mindset.
