About the job Senior Growth Associate

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented and entrepreneurial Growth Associate to push the boundaries of payments into the future and grow the company into an enduring company. As a leader in the Growth function, you will oversee the end-to-end development and hands-on execution of growth strategy that will help acquire, nurture and retain merchants and partners. As part of the Growth team, you will be working closely with Marketing, Partnerships and Business Development teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Research and build strong understanding of the technology and market, including merchant, partner and shopper profile needs; driving and understanding developing trends to create new opportunities
  • Support the development and continuous iteration of company growth strategy, go-to-market, execution plan across all channels and performance metrics in accordance to our objectives and products
  • Lead the execution and experiments of company growth strategy with the commercial and operations teams, including setting clear growth, sales-related targets (company and individual levels) and a healthy pipeline of leads
  • Lead and coach the business development team leads and associates, as well as operations
  • Leverage a combination of networking, outreach, and industry knowledge to generate leads, pitch, cultivate and nurture key partners
  • Support in creating relevant materials for acquisition and activation e.g. defining joint value propositions, pitch, negotiations, agreements, etc.
  • Participate in product meetings to ensure strong alignment with growth goals and work towards product-market fit of new products & features
  • Track the performance of company overall growth, report on key metrics, share insights, propose solutions and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
  • Proactively define improved processes and solutions that can positively impact team performance and productivity, including addressing any inefficiencies that are present

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in a growth or business development role in a high-growth company
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing an impactful growth initiative, or sourcing, negotiating, and closing new merchants and partners
  • Has strong understanding of business, marketing, product development with strong principles and market research skills
  • In-depth understanding of tech ecosystems and its potential opportunities
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills and use of tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaboration across diverse teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Fluent in English and Thai
