Job Overview:
A leading provider of premium TV and digital streaming services is seeking a skilled Content Strategic Partner to shape and execute innovative content strategies across TV and digital platforms. This role focuses on identifying content investment opportunities, optimizing acquisition and production processes, and delivering high-impact content to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in content strategy and management, a deep understanding of evolving industry trends, and a track record of engaging audiences while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy:
  • Lead the development of dynamic, audience-centric content strategies tailored to specific customer segments.
  • Design strategies that enhance viewer engagement, improve retention, and generate revenue across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to refine and evolve content approaches.
  1. Investment & Profitability:
  • Analyze content investment opportunities, assessing potential acquisitions and productions for profitability.
  • Ensure content investments are cost-effective and aligned with ROI expectations.
  • Collaborate with finance and senior management to align content budgets with strategic business goals.
  1. Content Acquisition & Production:
  • Develop strategies for acquiring or producing high-quality content that meets business objectives and market needs.
  • Partner with internal teams and external creators/distributors to source content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Streamline acquisition, production, and distribution processes to ensure cost efficiency and content quality.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in content strategy, management, or acquisition within TV, digital TV, or digital media industries.
  • Experience in business consulting is a plus.
