Position Overview:
As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a key role in shaping organizational culture, scaling HR strategies, and fostering a dynamic, people-centric environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position requires a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization. You will oversee all HR functions, ensure smooth office operations, and lead initiatives to create a collaborative and high-performing workplace for a diverse, multinational team.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership
- Strategic HR: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with growth goals and the mission of company.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals to foster collaboration and excellence.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Implement workforce planning, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
- Performance and Engagement: Manage performance systems to build a culture of feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Thai labor laws and global HR standards. Regularly update policies in line with regulatory changes.
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with leadership to create competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
Office Management
- Maintain a high-standard office environment reflecting professionalism and the companys culture.
- Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment within budgetary and policy guidelines.
- Oversee facilities operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency for an optimal workspace.
Global Mobility and Expatriate Support
- Manage international relocations, including visas and work permits, ensuring smooth transitions for team members relocating to Thailand.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee payroll, employee database management, and HR systems for accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide support and guidance on sensitive or complex HR issues.
Executive Support
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, offering insights on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Assist with CEO-driven business activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.
- Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and office management.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws; familiarity with BOI regulations is advantageous.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage details while driving high-level strategies.
- Experience with global mobility processes, including visa and work permit management.
- Empathetic leadership style with a track record of inspiring high-performing teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with international compliance standards such as SOC 2 Type 2 or ISO is a plus.
