Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategies: Create and manage portfolio and brand strategies to reach business goals.
  • Marketing Plans: Turn strategies into actionable, integrated marketing plans.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and support the team to build effective marketing plans and carry them out.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the advertising and promotion budget for efficiency.
  • Team Development: Supervise and coach the team to improve performance and skill sets.
  • Brand Direction: Align brand and product strategies with overall business objectives.
  • New Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products on time.
  • Consumer Insight: Study consumer habits and preferences to strengthen brand appeal.
  • Financial Oversight: Track brand spending and understand cost factors affecting profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure all brand activities align with the business plan.
  • External Coordination: Manage agencies and suppliers to keep all brand activities on track.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Industry Experience: 3-5 years in soy or plant-based products; 5-7 years in brand management within FMCG.
