Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dealer Network Development Manager with expertise in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue. This role plays a key part in expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities within the automotive sector, including dealership expansion, fleet businesses, and OEM partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and business agreements with clients and suppliers.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and distributors to optimize supply chain operations.
- Manage a sales pipeline effectively and work towards achieving set sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies, ensuring compliance with market regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or dealer network management within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in electric vehicles (EV) or sustainable mobility solutions.
- Understanding of automotive supply chains.
- An established network within the automotive industry.
