Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement an international marketing strategy aligned with brand identity and business goals.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform marketing plans.
  • Brand Visibility & Positioning: Lead PR campaigns, influencer partnerships, and global branding efforts to enhance recognition.
  • Digital & Omnichannel Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, e-commerce, and tailored strategies for different markets.
  • Product Launches & Go-to-Market Strategy: Manage international product launches with a focus on positioning, segmentation, and local adaptation.
  • Distributor & Partner Management: Support global partners in maintaining brand consistency and effective market representation.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work with international sales teams to ensure marketing efforts contribute to revenue growth.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Oversee marketing budgets to maximize effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly present marketing performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in international marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
    • Strong background in FMCG, health, or beauty industries.
    • Proven experience in global marketing and cross-cultural communication.
  • Skills:
    • Strategic marketing expertise, including digital, e-commerce, and social media marketing.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and resilience.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (TOEIC 700+ equivalent); Chinese is a plus.
