Sales Associate (Luxury Fashion Retail)

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Visual Merchandising

• Continuously build strong product knowledge to confidently support sales.

• Follow collection training, visual merchandising (VM) guidelines, and store presentation standards.

• Support daily shop floor operations, including stock management, replenishment, and general maintenance.

• Assist with merchandise handling processes such as deliveries, returns, and stocktakes.

Performance & Market Awareness

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets (KPIs).

• Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to drive business opportunities.

Customer Service & CRM

• Deliver a premium and customer-centric shopping experience.

• Support the team with customer transactions, complaint handling, and CRM data input and management.

Processes & Systems

• Efficiently use business tools and technology to support operations.

• Follow all company policies, including health and safety regulations, operational procedures, and uniform standards.
