Job Overview:


Seeking a dynamic and strategic Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Northeast Region. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business objectives are met. This role requires a results-driven leader with a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the heavy machinery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Manage and support the regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute regional sales plans based on market analysis, opportunities, and risks. Monitor performance through dashboards and reports.
  • Customer & Market Expansion: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities and markets.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to streamline sales processes and improve market penetration.
  • Talent Development: Balance retaining top talent while fostering a strong corporate culture and developing future leaders.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with leadership experience in the heavy machinery industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Languages: Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel frequently within the Northeast region.
