Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage meetings for shareholders, the board of directors, and committees, including preparing and distributing notices, meeting minutes, and relevant documents in both English and Thai.
  • Serve as the central hub of information for directors, executives, and shareholders.
  • Ensure the companys operations align with resolutions passed in shareholders, board, and sub-committee meetings.
  • Oversee compliance with SET and SEC regulations for the company and its management team.
  • Ensure the company adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle the preparation of corporate documents and applications in relation to the Ministry of Commerce.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Arts, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a company or corporate secretary.
  • Experience with a listed company is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEC/SET rules and regulations, the Public Company Act, and Thai Corporate and Commercial Law is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with corporate laws and basic financial statements is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English (TOEIC score of 900 or above).
  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn.
