Position: Production & Network Strategy Department Manager

Our client is looking for a Production & Network Strategy Department Manager to lead integrated supply chain network analysis, optimize performance, and develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals. This role involves overseeing production, demand, financials, and delivery, ensuring a holistic approach to supply chain excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Long-term Strategies: Support growth and revenue by identifying weaknesses and opportunities in existing strategies.
  • Network Strategy Development: Continuously initiate and implement strategies for the end-to-end supply chain, from production to last-mile delivery.
  • Drive Strategic Business Solutions: Manage complex business challenges and follow up on the execution of initiatives.
  • Project Management: Manage projects, key stakeholders, and ensure timely project delivery. Identify concerns, risks, and create mitigation actions.
  • Decision Support: Gather and analyze data to support management decision-making and propose strategic recommendations.
  • Identify Technologies: Investigate new technologies and processes to optimize network design, efficiency, and productivity. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, and Transportation teams.
  • Investment Feasibility: Support feasibility studies for end-to-end supply chain solutions and identify advantages and risks.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Handle special assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in relevant industries (e.g., Transportation, Supply Chain, Warehouse).
    • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain development or strategy.
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Strong project management capabilities, including influencing, negotiating, planning, and coordination.
    • Knowledge of Production, Supply Chain Management, warehousing, and transportation design is an advantage.
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and stay motivated.
    • Excellent communication skills (inform, clarify, explain).
    • Problem-solving skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
