Position: Visual Merchandiser Executive
Job Summary:
The Visual Merchandiser Executive will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing displays, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and collaborating on promotional activities. This role demands creativity, a keen eye for fashion trends, and strong organizational skills to elevate the overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to corporate VM standards.
- Oversee visual merchandising for downtown, outlet, and wholesale partner stores.
- Implement corporate visual merchandising strategies in coordination with the regional VM team.
- Train and guide direct-operated stores and wholesale partners on corporate VM guidelines.
- Analyze luxury fashion retail trends and competitor merchandising to optimize store presentations.
- Collaborate with the retail team, product specialists, and VM associates to execute seasonal launches, stock rotation, and window installations.
- Assess sell-through performance and adjust product placement accordingly.
- Participate in all VM-related discussions, setups, and changeovers.
- Review and submit seasonal VM Model Store reports and relevant photos to the regional VM team.
- Independently execute Model Store setups in direct-operated and wholesale partner stores.
- Manage the bi-weekly rotation of deliveries and color themes within direct-operated stores.
- Organize monthly rotation of deliveries and color themes for outlets and wholesale partners.
- Oversee bi-weekly mannequin updates based on new deliveries and themes.
- Ensure timely submission of VM seasonal reports and store documentation.
- Supervise the submission of monthly VM reports from wholesale partners.
- Support direct-operated stores in meeting sell-through targets set by the regional VM team.
VM Props & Logistics Management
- Oversee SAP processes related to VM, including VMP and seasonal window management.
- Coordinate the ordering and logistics of mannequins, hangers, and other VM props.
- Manage warehouse logistics, including inventory reports and local deliveries.
- Ensure accurate documentation, including invoices and packing lists, for all shipments.
- Adhere to local customs regulations and requirements for incoming shipments.
- Prepare all necessary shipment documentation.
VM Materials & In-Store Activation
- Handle the ordering and logistics of signage, posters, banners, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate VM material distribution within the local market.
- Support seasonal in-store activations and promotional events.
VM Scheduling & Coordination
- Develop and maintain a monthly VM schedule.
- Track and manage installation timelines.
- Assist with weekly in-store VM setups.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury fashion retail.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SAP and other merchandising tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for store visits and installations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
