About the Role
Our social team is growing! We are hiring a Social Media Manager to help deepen the connection with our community. This role will be responsible for leading and executing a best-in-class social strategy across the brands social channels in Thailand.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, beauty, and community building. They should be fully immersed in Thailands social and influencer landscape, understand platform-specific best practices, and have a keen eye for creating engaging, on-brand content. This individual will be responsible for tracking local trends, managing the Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook social calendar, and continuously optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day Social management from ideation to execution, including planning social content, maintaining an organized calendar, and scheduling posts across platforms.
- Write and edit copy for social media, ensuring the brands voice remains consistent and relevant to the Thai market.
- Stay ahead of local trendsmonitor beauty conversations, viral moments, and competitor activity in Thailand.
- Create highly engaging content, including filming and appearing on camera when needed.
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and DMs daily to foster strong connections with followers.
- Work closely with influencers and creators to develop local partnerships, ensuring they align with the brands image and messaging.
- Provide real-time and in-person social support during brand events, influencer activations, and community gatherings.
- Support the development of localized marketing strategies that resonate with the Thai beauty audience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years experience in social media or community management, ideally in beauty or lifestyle brands.
- Deep understanding of the Thai digital and social media landscape, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Line.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, localized content.
- Comfortable on camera and experienced in content creation (TikTok, Reels, Live Streaming, etc.).
- Familiarity with influencer collaborations and community-building strategies in Thailand.
- Ability to multitask, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude who is eager to test and learn new social strategies.
