Position Summary:

The company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and position company business as a top choice for students across Asia and beyond. The Head of Marketing will lead the universitys marketing, branding, and communications strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing in an academic context. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a global mindset, and a proven ability to attract international and domestic students.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with the company visions of becoming a regional leader in higher education, with a strong focus on brand positioning, student engagement, and market expansion.
  2. Student Recruitment Campaigns: Lead the design and implementation of data-driven recruitment campaigns targeting both domestic and international student markets, ensuring alignment with enrollment goals and institutional priorities.
  3. Brand Management: Strengthen and steward the universitys brand identity across all touchpointsdigital, print, and experientialensuring a consistent and compelling presence that resonates with key audiences.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with academic faculties, the Admissions Office, and the International Affairs division to promote flagship programs, institutional initiatives, and key academic offerings.
  5. Market Intelligence: Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, student preferences, and strategic opportunities, leveraging insights to guide marketing direction and innovation.
  6. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  7. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all internal and external communications, in line with BUs values and positioning.
  8. Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and analyze key marketing performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform ongoing strategy refinement.
  9. Budget and Vendor Management: Manage marketing budgets responsibly and oversee relationships with agencies, consultants, and external vendors to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with university standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership rolepreferably in education or a mission-driven organization.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and international student recruitment.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns and brand development initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai is an advantage.
