Job Description:

  1. Study and understand the used heavy machinery market, continuously updating market prices and trends.

  2. Possess in-depth knowledge of used heavy machinery products and match customer requirements with suitable equipment.

  3. Evaluate machinery conditions and provide competitive purchase offers, while planning for profitable resales.

  4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.

  5. Travel to upcountry provinces to meet with clients and close sales deals.

  6. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  7. Maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers.

  8. Identify sales opportunities and follow up with target customers to close deals for stock machinery.

  9. Plan and manage the operations and delivery processes to ensure efficient handover of used machines.

  10. Prepare appropriate financial proposals based on customer needs.

  11. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or Higher Vocational Certificate (Diploma) in Engineering, Mechanical, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in used heavy machinery sales or a relevant industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Must be able to drive and travel to provinces (valid drivers license required).
