Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans, including ATL (above the line), BTL (below the line), in-store activities, and digital initiatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and manage collaborations with online influencers, draft content guidelines, and oversee projects through to completion.
  • Design and develop POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and related marketing materials to support brand planning and market execution.
  • Analyze and monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
  • Track brand performance and manage marketing budgets in line with approved plans.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational activities related to the brand.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency in branding and marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) projects, from design and artwork creation to product launch.
  • Initiate marketing strategies, tactics, and promotional campaigns to drive sales across various channels.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement a social media content calendar aligned with the brands marketing communication and digital strategy.

Job Requirements

Experience: 3 years in marketing within consumer goods, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industries.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Advantage: Experience in launching new brands is preferred.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of consumer product marketing, including NPD launches, marketing communication, and digital marketing.
    • Analytical thinking with the ability to view challenges from multiple perspectives.
    • Creativity and awareness of current trends and best practices.
    • Proficiency in English and computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
