Job Description

Execute support operations under the customer success team including

  • Respond to merchants inquiries promptly and positively via communication channels, ensuring SLA standards are met, including occasional support outside regular hours.
  • Escalate cases to relevant teams and follow up with merchants on solutions.
  • Process merchant activations and manage working fi les to ensure accuracy.
  • Oversee and execute merchant onboarding for a smooth experience.
  • Assist in developing CRM tools to enhance support quality and maintain top-tier service.
  • Execute the Customer Success teams strategy to achieve goals efficiently.
  • Inform merchants about updates, features, issues, and feedback, sharing insights with other teams.

Qualification

  • Energetic and eager to take on new challenges
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and take accountability for projects
  • Friendly, approachable, and personable demeanor
