Key Responsibilities
- Product Management:
- Refine tour descriptions, visuals, and inclusions for customer appeal.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure product availability and optimize pricing strategies.
- Implement strategies to drive guest reviews.
- Yield & Pricing Management:
- Dynamically manage session availability and pricing.
- Optimize channel availability across distribution sources to balance growth and margins.
- Partnership Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with OTAs and partners.
- Evaluate potential new partners.
- New Revenue Opportunities:
- Identify market trends, monitor competitors, and explore auxiliary revenue opportunities.
- People Management:
- Supervise a team of 24, handle escalations, and conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 7 years in OTA segments (e.g., acquisition, account management, content management, customer reviews).
- Experience with booking software, channel management, and eDistribution (API/XML connectivity).
- Basic image editing skills and web content maintenance.
