Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Management:

    • Refine tour descriptions, visuals, and inclusions for customer appeal.
    • Collaborate with operations to ensure product availability and optimize pricing strategies.
    • Implement strategies to drive guest reviews.
  2. Yield & Pricing Management:

    • Dynamically manage session availability and pricing.
    • Optimize channel availability across distribution sources to balance growth and margins.
  3. Partnership Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with OTAs and partners.
    • Evaluate potential new partners.
  4. New Revenue Opportunities:

    • Identify market trends, monitor competitors, and explore auxiliary revenue opportunities.
  5. People Management:

    • Supervise a team of 24, handle escalations, and conduct performance reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 7 years in OTA segments (e.g., acquisition, account management, content management, customer reviews).
  • Experience with booking software, channel management, and eDistribution (API/XML connectivity).
  • Basic image editing skills and web content maintenance.
