Job Description:

  • Develop comprehensive digital media plans with tailored strategies and tactics for each brand to meet campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team and external agencies to ensure cohesive integration of work.
  • Lead e-commerce media efforts by working closely with the E-commerce team to achieve sales targets across channels.
  • Monitor and optimize daily performance to maximize ROI and cost efficiency, with the support of a subordinate.
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Manage and allocate digital budgets effectively while maintaining control.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and industry news, providing training to enhance the digital media capabilities of the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and digital media platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Media Planning and Optimization.
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) and their respective tools.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce media, including CPAS, Shopping Ads, and In-app Ads.
  • Capable of planning and executing digital media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in full-cycle performance optimization (ROI).
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media tools, paired with a passion for technology and digital trends.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university demonstrating strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in the Consumer Goods or Personal Care industries is a plus.
