Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Strategic Management to lead the development, implementation, and execution of key business strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Implementation: Lead the execution of business unit 5-year strategy across all faculties and departments.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with faculty, administrative teams, and external stakeholders to align and deploy strategies effectively.
  • Program Innovation: Enhance existing educational offerings and develop new programs that align with strategic objectives.
  • Industry Partnerships: Build strong ties with industry leaders to bridge the gap between academic theories and real-world practices.
  • Performance Management: Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Resource Management: Oversee financial, human, and technological resources to support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Cultural Development: Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and global perspective, driving a mindset of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
  • 10+ years in strategic management, project management, or related roles. Experience in both the corporate sector and academia is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Proven track record in executing complex strategies and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
