Senior Sales Associate (MTM)

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Visual Merchandising

• Continuously enhance product knowledge.
• Follow collection training & VM guidelines.
• Assist with shop floor maintenance, stock management, and replenishment.
• Handle merchandise-related processes (deliveries, returns, stock counts).

Made-to-Measure (MTM) Sales & Customer Service

• Provide expert consultation for MTM customers.
• Conduct measurements, fittings, and after-sales service.
• Build and expand a network of MTM customers and partners.
• Manage communication with HQ regarding MTM product range, production, and deliveries.

Performance & Market Awareness

• Achieve store and individual KPIs.
• Stay informed on competitor trends, collections, and customer preferences.

Customer Service & CRM

• Foster a customer-centric mindset to ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Support customer transactions, complaints, and CRM data management.

Processes & Systems

• Utilize business systems and latest technology efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies (health & safety, store operations, uniform guidelines).
