The Vice President of Construction and Design will lead the development and execution of ultra-luxury real estate projects, ensuring they meet world-class standards for innovation, quality, and sustainability. This senior leadership role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing high-profile international developments, guiding multidisciplinary teams of construction engineers and product designers, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver iconic, luxury properties. The VP will play a critical role in shaping projects that redefine luxury living.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of ultra-luxury projects, aligning them with the company's vision, timelines, and budgets.

Team Management

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including construction engineers and product designers, to ensure seamless and efficient project delivery.

Global Standards

Ensure all projects adhere to international benchmarks for ultra-luxury construction, design innovation, and sustainability practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Serve as the primary liaison with international architects, contractors, designers, and consultants to foster smooth collaboration and project alignment.

Design Excellence

Guide the design process to create exclusive, innovative, and elegant properties that cater to ultra-luxury clientele.

Construction Oversight

Manage construction activities from project inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and deadlines.

Quality Assurance

Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards for materials, craftsmanship, and overall project execution.

Innovation and Sustainability

Incorporate advanced technologies and sustainable building practices into all aspects of construction and design.

Risk Management

Identify potential risks during planning and execution, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate issues.

Budget and Resource Allocation

Monitor budgets and resource usage to deliver high-quality projects while optimizing costs.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align construction and design with brand values and target market expectations.

Reporting

Provide regular progress updates to the Managing Director of Ultra-Luxury, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or sustainability (e.g., LEED, WELL) are highly desirable.
Experience

At least 15 years of experience in construction and design, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles delivering ultra-luxury developments.
Global Expertise

Proven success in managing high-profile international projects in luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use sectors.
Leadership Skills

Strong ability to lead both technical (construction engineers) and creative (product designers) teams to achieve exceptional results.
Technical Proficiency

Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, design principles, and sustainable building practices.
Luxury Market Insight

In-depth understanding of the standards and preferences of ultra-luxury clientele, with a track record of delivering iconic properties.
Stakeholder Management

Excellent skills in collaborating with international architects, contractors, and consultants.
Communication

Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Thai) is a plus.
Cultural Awareness

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and stakeholders.
Flexibility

Willing to relocate to Bangkok and travel internationally as required.
