About the job Accounting manager (Food chain)
We are partnering with a fast-growing company in the food & restaurant sector, currently preparing for IPO, to find an Accounting Manager who can lead the accounting function with both strategic vision and hands-on expertise. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at building accounting systems from the ground up, and has a track record of ensuring financial transparency and compliance.
You'll play a critical role in driving the companys financial integrity and internal controls while preparing financials in accordance with SEC standards and audit readiness for public listing.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Leadership & Oversight

Lead and manage all aspects of accounting including AP, AR, GL, Cost Accounting, and Taxation.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with Thai GAAP, tax regulations, and company policy.

Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.

Deliver accurate financial reports and insights to the executive team.
IPO Preparation & Audit Coordination

Manage preparation of financial statements and supporting documentation for IPO readiness.

Liaise with auditors, financial advisors, and regulators for due diligence and compliance processes.

Ensure alignment of financial practices with SET and SEC listing requirements.
Process & Internal Control Development

Develop and improve internal controls and SOPs to strengthen accounting integrity.

Identify risks and implement corrective financial controls.

Continuously train and coach the accounting team to maintain professional standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Provide financial insights to the CFO/CEO to support business planning and strategy.

Collaborate with finance, legal, audit, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of company initiatives.
Key Qualification

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field; CPA/CPD license required.

Female, aged 30-45 years preferred.

Minimum 7-10 years of accounting experience, especially within F&B or restaurant business.

Proven track record in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.

Experience in IPO preparation, SEC filing, or working with listed companies is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Thai taxation, financial standards, and IPO requirements (SEC/SET).

Hands-on leadership with the ability to build and develop accounting teams.

High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
