Our client is seeking an experienced HR Director to drive HR strategy, take the lead in shaping and executing HR strategies. This pivotal role will focus on driving talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with the companys overall business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and leading change management efforts to adapt to evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Align HR strategies with business objectives, advising leadership on workforce planning and people initiatives.
- Talent & Performance Management: Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, career development, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.
- Organizational Development: Lead culture transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development programs.
- Change Management: Design and implement change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adoption across the organization.
- HR Initiatives & Compliance: Develop policies, optimize HR processes, and ensure adherence to labor laws and best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance HR effectiveness and business impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, , or related field (Masters preferred).
- 10+ years in HR, with at least 10 years in a leadership role in HRBP or Organizational Development.
- Proven track record in large organizations or dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development strategies.
- Experience in designing and implementing leadership development and culture transformation initiatives.
- Ability to lead change management processes and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, talent analytics, and digital HR tools.
