Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and spending control process, ensuring alignment with business targets and driving variance analysis to manage financial health.

  • Deliver in-depth monthly and quarterly performance reviews across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, providing actionable insights to cross-functional teams for strategic decision-making.

  • Perform product costing analysis and ROI evaluation for marketing campaigns to support data-driven performance optimization.

  • Develop comprehensive feasibility studies and build financial models (including sensitivity/scenario analysis) to support investment strategies and business growth initiatives.

  • Support the preparation of high-impact performance reports and management dashboards, along with handling financial ad-hoc projects to meet dynamic business needs.

  • Collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and external parties, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial data and reports.

Candidate Profile:

  • Holds a Bachelors or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Brings 3+ years of hands-on experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance reporting.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build and manipulate complex financial models.

  • Strong analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills and a track record of managing multiple projects under tight timelines.

  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

  • Proactive, strategic, and forward-looking, with the confidence to influence and support key financial decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (verbal and written).
