Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Client Acquisition:
    Proactively source and acquire new investors and brokerage clients on a weekly basis, with a strong focus on lead generation (approx. 90% of activities).

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Provide consulting support to existing clients to help expand their portfolios and business potential.

  • Account Development:
    Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Team Expansion:
    Actively contribute to the growth of the business development team through recruiting and onboarding new BDs.

  • Sales Execution & Strategy Alignment:
    Meet and exceed sales targets in line with company strategies and revenue objectives.

  • Process Improvement:
    Continuously assess and optimize workflow efficiency and client engagement processes.

  • Client Issue Resolution:
    Take ownership in resolving client complaints and dissatisfaction to ensure service excellence.

  • Strategic Collaboration:
    Work closely with the executive team to support policy development and strategic sales initiatives.

  • Proven experience in business development, client servicing, or relationship management.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
