Job Summary:

Our client team is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to join their organization, focusing on HR operations and recruitment in the tech industry. This role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to manage HR processes efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR functions, from recruitment to employee support, while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.

HR Operations:

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data.
  • Support performance management activities, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • English required
