We are seeking an Associate Consultant / Consultant to support digital ecosystem design, customer experience

initiatives, smart city programs, innovation projects, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and implementation of digital ecosystem, customer experience, smart city, and

innovation initiatives.

Evaluate and benchmark emerging technologies, digital platforms, IoT solutions, mobility technologies, and

ecosystem partnerships.

Conduct market research, user journey analysis, ecosystem mapping, and technology assessments.

Assist in developing business cases, implementation roadmaps, operating models, and governance

frameworks for digital initiatives.

Coordinate with technology vendors, platform providers, solution partners, and internal stakeholders.

Support project management activities across digital transformation and innovation workstreams.

Develop executive presentations, strategy documents, and recommendations for clients and senior

leadership.

Monitor industry trends in digital platforms, AI, smart cities, customer engagement, IoT, and emerging

technologies.

Candidate Profile

3–8 years of experience in management consulting, digital consulting, technology consulting, product

strategy, innovation, digital transformation, or related fields.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities. Ability to translate business requirements into

practical implementation plans.

Familiarity with digital technologies, platform ecosystems, data-driven decision making, and customer

experience frameworks.

Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Exposure to AI, smart city technologies, digital payments, mobility ecosystems, customer platforms, or

innovation programs is an advantage.

Experience working on digital platforms, customer ecosystems, mobile applications, smart city initiatives,

IoT, innovation programs, or technology-enabled business models a plus

Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and communication skills.

Preferred Background for Both Roles

Former management consultant, strategy consultant, digital consultant, infrastructure consultant,

investment banker, or corporate strategy professional.

Experience in professional services, advisory, project-based environments, or large-scale programs.

Comfortable working directly with senior executives and external stakeholders.

Strong ownership mindset and willingness to work across strategy and execution.
