Associate / Senior Marketing Associate

We're looking for a well-rounded and highly driven Senior Marketing Associate who can spot opportunities, test new ideas, and build initiatives from the ground up. You'll take full ownership from strategy to execution, aligning stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, solving problems, and scaling what works into measurable business impact.

Across diverse marketing initiatives, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive acquisition, adoption, and business growth. We're looking for someone strategic yet hands-on, commercially minded, and objective-driven.

What you'll be doing

• Develop objective-driven marketing plans that support merchant acquisition, product adoption, and business growth.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and planning to execution, measurement, optimization, and scaling.
• Lead high-impact marketing partnerships that drive mutual growth.
• Own the exploration and testing of new marketing opportunities, scaling promising ideas into growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders to align priorities, resolve blockers, and deliver results.
• Support go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and customer segments.
• Translate performance data and customer insights into actions that continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or a related field
