Senior Associate, Warehouse (Chiang Mai – 1 / Surat Thani – 1)

Role Overview

As the Warehouse Manager for our new facility in Chiang Mai, you will be the key leader responsible for establishing and scaling our fulfillment operations in Northern Thailand. This role is responsible for managing inbound, storage, inventory control, order processing, and outbound logistics, while leading a team to achieve operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service-level compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound.
• SLA Compliance: Ensure fulfillment SLA targets (order accuracy, on-time delivery, returns handling) are consistently met.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize warehouse KPIs (cost per order, productivity, accuracy rate).
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and staff; manage daily manpower planning and shift schedules.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); conduct regular cycle counts and audits to minimize shrinkage.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements; drive automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functionally with logistics, commercial, and customer service teams.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety regulations and Shopee's SOP compliance; ensure legal and regulatory requirements (labor, safety, customs, etc.) are met.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in Warehouse Management, Fulfillment, or Supply Chain, preferably within E-commerce.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing large teams (50+) and handling high-pressure peak seasons.
• Language: Fluent in Thai with Professional English proficiency for corporate reporting.
• Location: Must be able to be based permanently in Chiang Mai.
