About the job Recruiting Specialist (Chinese Speaking)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, job advertising, candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, onboarding, and probation review.
- Evaluate recruitment effectiveness by monitoring hiring pipelines, identifying recruitment bottlenecks, enhancing sourcing strategies, managing recruitment platforms, and tracking hiring expenses.
- Administer outsourced employee processes, including onboarding and offboarding, employment contract management, payment documentation, and coordination with external service providers.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with universities and external partners to support campus recruitment, employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and other talent acquisition programs.
