  • Perform daily administrative/secretarial tasks.
  • Schedule/assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conferences, events as appropriate to the position.
  • Manage and order office/pantry supplies.
  • Support inter-departments when necessary.
  • Communicate with external parties, guests, visitors, clients and vendors etc.
  • Assist in processing POs, orders for office/pantry supplies, hotel booking, flight tickets etc.
  • Assist in checking/updating POs job/delivery status.
  • Assist reconciling purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices.
  • Manage documents and filing system.

Job requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years experience administrative and procurement environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good knowledge of MS office and computer literacy.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well organized. Ability to meet deadlines with a good sense of urgency.
  • Meticulous and attention to details.
  • Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learn and adapt to changes.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
