Job Description

  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, Invoices).
  • Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance.
  • Handle invoicing and billing ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, haulers, and shipping lines to coordinate timely shipment arrangements.
  • Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries and resolving documentation-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of trade and warehouse operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service or operations logistics/warehousing (3PL).
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs clearance, and invoicing.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
