Job Description
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, Invoices).
- Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance.
- Handle invoicing and billing ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, haulers, and shipping lines to coordinate timely shipment arrangements.
- Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries and resolving documentation-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of trade and warehouse operations.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or operations logistics/warehousing (3PL).
- Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs clearance, and invoicing.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
